Rooms to rent

Our beautiful clinic is conveniently located in the area of Woodley in Reading. Our clinic rooms are ideal for most types of therapies. The rooms include desk, chairs and plinth/clouch.

We welcome enquiries from all people interested in a room, either due to expansion, moving location or wanting to run their work out of home.

The room(s) are ideal for a practitioner + one client. Most rooms also have room for a second client. We have one room specifically set up for ‘room rental’ with a couple of comfortable chairs and a small coffee table and a desk. The remainder of the rooms (5), are set up in a more traditional ‘physio’ way with a plinth, desk and chair.

Day and half day rates are prefered, however hourly rates can also be discussed.

The clinic is laid out over 3 floors, with a reception and waiting room on the ground floor. There is also a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities.

The clinic is manned Monday to Thursday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, and Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm.  Rooms can be hired outside of regular clinic hours.

Exact hours can be discussed. Rates will initially be:

£40 for half day
£75 for full day
Hourly rates and ongoing bulk booking discounts can be discussed. Exact hours can also be discussed.
