Do you provide me with a receipt so I can claim my treatment costs back?

We certainly can provide you with a full invoice/receipt for you to claim back the costs of your treatment. The receipt will include:

• Treatment description
• Cost of treatment
• Date of treatment
• Practitioner’s name and membership number of the HCPC (this is not applicable to our Sports Therapists)
• The full amount that you have paid, and the way you paid
