Anisha Daudharia
Physiotherapist
Anisha’s role at 3 Way Physio is to ensure clients receive a comprehensive assessment and diagnosis for their musculoskeletal pain and help to formulate appropriate treatment plans, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life.
Anisha has been working as a physiotherapist for eight years, initially starting her role as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS. She has been working at 3 Way Physio for almost five years. Alongside her work at 3 Way Physio, Anisha also works as an advanced physiotherapist based within GP surgeries.
Anisha graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2016. She also qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and gained a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage in 2016. Anisha completed further post-graduate study through a masters module in Soft Tissue and Joint Injection therapy from the University of Essex in 2022 – allowing her to administrate steroid injections, which can help with a host of musculoskeletal conditions. More recently, she has completed further specialist training in becoming accredited with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
In her spare time, Anisha enjoys travelling the world and catching as many sunsets as possible! She loves lifting heavy things aka weight training. She also enjoys spending time on nail art and designs. She is particularly smug that she is short enough to never have to worry about hitting her head on some of the low beams in our clinic…if you know, you know. If you don’t know…you may find out!
Anisha’s favourite quote… “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever” – Mahatma Gandhi.
Anisha loves meeting people from all walks of life and diving deep into understanding what means most to clients and how she could help them on their journey to living their fullest life. Her aim is to provide sound, evidenced-based personalised treatment to the highest level.
