Viviana has been with 3 Way since 2019. Prior to that she worked at other clinics in Reading and she has also worked for BUPA as a Neuro Physiotherapist.

She graduated from ESTSP University, Portugal in 2013. Following this, she completed a Specialist’s degree in Manual & Orthopaedics Therapy in 2015.

In her spare time Viviana likes spending time with her family, travelling, cooking, reading, sewing and writing.

Viviana believes happiness comes from positive thinking and goal setting. “for every minute you’re angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness”.

Viviana loves being a Physio and make a difference to people’s lives. She is mainly interested in everything that has to do with nervous system and specialises in treating nerve related conditions using PNT.
