We have made the ability to cancel an appointment as simple as possible, we simply ask that you give us 48 hours notice of your cancellation. If you fail to give us the appropriate notice we will unfortunately have to make a small charge. This also applies if you are using a third party (e.g. Bupa, AXA PPP, etc.) to pay for your treatment. Although this does not apply to GP referred clients, if you cancel late or fail to attend we reserve the right to discharge you back to you GP.
Our practitioners all have incredibly busy diaries, and it often very difficult to juggle fitting in clients in the time slots they want, so giving us as much notice as possible allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
