When should I stop doing my exercises?

You can stop doing your exercises at the prescribed frequency once your symptoms have resolved, however it may be useful to continue to do the exercises at a lower frequency eg once weekly as maintenance to prevent symptoms recurring.

It would also be useful to continue with exercises if you still have a strength discrepancy between the affected and unaffected limb until this has resolved.
