We only charge for cancellations that are less than 48 hours before the time of your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we make a small charge. The charge is to cover some of the costs we incur when an appointment is cancel late and we wont be able to rebook the time.
It also means that an appointment space is taken up where another client might want to book the appointment.
